I live in Okinawa and I pay 10,000Yen/month unlimited, ~$120 depending on the exchange rate. RIght now I go early mornings so I can leave the kids home with my husband, but when he's gone for a month or longer I will also pay 7500 yen in childcare for 2 kids.
