Managed 5 dips and 10 push ups, i'm so not very strong.

I'm in. Did not get to do yesterdays, went to work, went to gym, dealt with family drama, went to bed. Will try to do both tonight.

Never done this before and only managed 20. School Report says "must try harder". Will add these to my daily routine and try to build up to a more decent number.

A few things I do are taking the stairs instead of the lifts where possible. Go for a walk at lunchtime to stretch your legs, 20 mins of fresh air will do you good. Try not to snack.

It must have been very annoying for you. I have a fussy eater. She only eats "white food", i.e. potatoes, fish fingers, pasta, cheese, etc. She will not eat salads, vegetables apart from carrots. Dry roasted sausages (weight watchers low fat) and swede/carrot mash plus lots of other veggies. Yummy for my Tummy.

You could try running up and down the stairs. I try to do this 10 times x 3 times a day. Does wonders in helping to tone the legs and bum.
