Have you tried doing a body pump exercise at your local gym. I run a lot (well started to) and my PT has suggested this as an alternative on my non-running days to help with strength and stamina. I often feel tired after running and use a protein shake as a pick me up but I see you are already upping your protein. The body…

I would and have. My Boss is great, he lets me work flexibly around my child care committments. I am a PA and he is a busy solicitor, when he works on a case he works very hard and is totally absorbed which means I get to be as well. It certainly gives great job satisfaction.

Well done. Keep up the good work. I have been quit now for about a year but still dependent on a nasal spray. I am trying to quit that now through patches but have a Doctors appointment to try to get the Champix quit drug. I find the smell of smoke in an elevator make me feel really sick. I try to get out if a smoker gets…

Someone with enough muscle not to drop me and someone with smaller bobbies than me, all that aside someone who is healthy and has a sense of humour is all it takes. In answer to your question, I think you have it about right, not too much cut but just enough bulk.

Hi, I'm Lynn. I have been quitting for the last five months. I had been smoking since I was 15 (now 46). I have been using a nasal spray to help me quit but now find I'm stuck on that.

Hi Jade, Mine is Lynn. I use KernowPrincess so people can find me on Twitter and Xbox Live as well as some other random places. Nothing sinister. Makes it easier to find me. xx

If you do a search there is also a Fit for Life community who would be pleased to see you.

Good mornin'. This site is awesome and you will find lots of helpful advice and wonderful people around it. Feel free to add me, I have sent you a friend request. I find that to be honest on the food logger is the most useful tool, I keep my diary open in case I go wrong and others can see what I cannot. I am from Reading…
