180 to 129 with pics :)

So, this is an journey that has taken me quite a long time. I am almost where I want to be physically. I would like to lose another 10 pounds.

I never really knew how overweight I was until I saw all these pictures. When I was 150 pounds I felt like I was thin. I guess that is a good thing, as my self esteem has never really been compromised by my weight. But now I feel better than ever and my goals extend just beyond being thin. I really want to build my body and make it lean and toned.. and SEXY :) lol.
So, I feel great right now and so in control of what I am putting in my mouth. My entire family is eating better and better. My dad and husband have both lost around 20 pounds each. So, for us, MFP is a lifestyle change. It is allowing me to lose that last bit of weight and also my healthy eating and cooking is helping the rest of my family be healthier :) Love this site. It is my lifeline.

So, the first pic is me at 180, the next 150, then 135 at my wedding and today 129. This is not something that happened overnight for me. It has taken years and the weight has come off as a result of a lifestyle change, not a quick diet fix. :) This is the beginning of the rest of my healthy life!! :)
