I like the taste of coke zero better than diet coke but I don't really drink soda all that much anymore. I used to drink it all the time and then stopped for 8 days and had the worst headaches. If you drink it in moderation you'll be fine just like with anything else.

It has changed what I order as well! Yes I may want a Big Mac but when I look at how many calories I have I'm not wasting it on something that has that much. People will only change when they want and at least these restaurants publishing the calories has had an impact on a few people. Can't win them all.

Wrong again...every body is not the same. Unfortunately there is more to losing weight/keeping it off than creating a deficit. Started at a 44G lost 35 pounds and was at a 42DDD. But I gained 25 pounds back, just lost 5 of it and have 60 to go until my ultimate goal. My goal for 2014 is to exercise 5 days a week for at least 30 minutes and make exercise a regular part of my life and to run a 5K.

Today I am proud of myself for walking 8.5 miles! 20 pounds ago I wouldn't have dreamed of doing that much walking in one day.

I have found that the best thing for me starting out was to just get up and walk on the treadmill or outside. Add in some strength exercises (pushups, crunches, planks etc.) and you'll be ready for Jillian in no time :)
