You're in a tough spot. I think it's gonna be hard to pinpoint the calories in the foods you're eating. But I'd continue to do the best that you can. Treadmills are easier. But choosing an incline of 1% roughly approximates running outdoors on a flat path. However, if after months on a treadmill you head outside, take it easy as the asphalt/road/path/etc. is waaaay harder, so watch for impact injuries.

Depends on your community standards. Speaking for North America I'd say it's fine if you're on running trails or running paths.
