I do Zumba at home and i LOVE it! Make sure you stretch after! I was doing the 20 min. express workout without adding any stretches...was in soooooooo much pain...but the stretches on the 45 min. workout i have is def enough so I haven't had that issue since. I like both, facebook for family and friends and here for the support and motivation. thanks...seems like the only time i don't feel that sick is when i work out or the time right after I do (maybe it clears me up temporarily????) ...a bit odd but def makes me want to work out :)

just did day 4...skipped yesterday...will try to make it up over the weekend...not sure yet...ive been nursing a cold and just trying to do as much as i can do. on another note....super proud of all of us! we are doing awesome!!!

I'm not a huge drinker so I don't have anything on that part but in terms of eating out. Maybe you could eat in some, and when you go out to eat, check the calorie info before you go. Most restaurants will have that info online and a lot of times you can modify it to however you want it. :) Hope this helps.
