Your weight is going to flucuate from day to day. You will never weigh the exact same every single day. Also you should always weigh yourself in the morning before eating or drinking anything, and naked. Different clothes weigh differently.

Sometime, now that I've thought about it, its not judging but people add others or do forums to find someone they can relate to or that they have something in common with not really to hurt anyones feelings. I add a lot of girl around my age and height because I can relate to them more.
