Agreed. I am starting to drop weight again. I think it was just normal fluctuations from the time of the month. I never feel starved and you can eat plenty on 1200-1300 calories a day if you spread out your food properly. Most clean and healthy foods are naturally low in calories

I calculated my bmr and tdee through the IIFYM website. Should I eat my BMR instead of 1200-1300?

Negative! I weight everything I eat. I have a food scale and measuring cups. This is also not my first time losing a significant amount of weight. I have lost 60lbs counting calories and weighing my food before.

@HappyKat5 When I say I run for 20+ minutes I mean a run/walk. I will run/jog for as long as I can go then walk to catch my breath for just a moment then repeat. I only weight myself first thing in the morning after peeing and pooping (which is when you should) so no fluctuations from eating or drinking are included. The…

Thank you! And yes I've done the Harris Benedict method that they used and then reduced it to 1500 calories.

Yes I use a HRM and burn about 400 or so calories a workout. Would you suggest I set it to moderately active as well or lightly active since I'm doing a very vigorous workout?

An example I'll do plyometrics with weights like high knees and then jump down into a burpie with the weights still in hand. Anything that cardio based with my hands free I'll incorporate weights into it to make it more challenging.

i've experienced this dont get discourged. It could be a number of things but the number one workout killer for me was sodium. Fluid retention when muscles are repairing and you could be building muscle. Muscle is denser than fat.
