Jillian Michaels

Has anyone tried the Jillian Michaels "Burn fat, Boost metabolism" workout? thought id try it as its supposed to be more cardio based as opposed to the 30 day shred which uses weights.

    I love it! It is great cardio. Broken into circuits, but no weights. It will get your heart pumping for sure!!

    I've done it. It's basically 45 minutes of cardio. It kicked my *kitten*.

    You will NOT be disappointed at all. Even at my fittest I couldnt get through the whole thing without stopping to catch my breath. Its her best DVD yet. You'll love it

    It's a great workout! At 143lbs, I typically burn around 350 calories (HRM) for each work out - sometimes more if I really push myself.

    Still has 1 ab/strength circuit but the rest is mainly cardio. There are 2 kick-boxing style circuits too to mix it up
