hi everyone! yeah, this week is almost done. pretty good day, had some leftover lasagna for lunch (grr....) but passed on popsicles my boss was passing around. we had thunderstorms today so my big plan of jogging or blading after work got a bit mucked up but i may go get muddy after dinner... run? bike ride? not sure yet…

:grumble: TOTALLY in agreeance!!! yikes! i almost died during ALL the strength and had to take a quick break... boo :sad: i'm going to try to to push it through to the end and if i have to, ill do an extra couple of days to build up my strength..

hey all, how's the 30 day shred treating you all? honestly, i finished the first level on wednesday, and have yet to start level 2... i did try to ramp back into working out by doing a different jillian dvd and she killed me, so tonight, i decided i will do one more night of level 1, to help me vamp back up into shredding…

so if i have 1200 calories to use, then i work out and burn another 200 calories, i should burn 1400 or 1200? is it bad for me to leave some calories unburned?
