weighed today: 232.4, ugh! Thank goodness my heel spur is better. Gotta step the exercise up next week. I met my water goals, but not my exercise goals

232.4 is my weigh in today.. met all the water requirements, but not exercise. I did exercise 5 days!

1st weigh in at 7:36am, 233.2! I AM DOING THIS:happy: :happy: :happy: :happy: :happy: :happy: :happy: :happy: I drank at least 10 glasses of water each day and exercised 5 days, mainly walking/fast pace.(just not small enough to run yet) starting weight 236.2 September 9th/first weigh in: 233.2 DOWN 3 POUNDS THIS WEEK!
