I think in moderation. I love their spicy chicken sandwich and maybe once every 6 wks I might just have one if my calorie intake for the day plans for it. :happy:

I am trying for 1350 but I am struggling to meet that at time and laterly have been hovering around 950-1050 I think because I have been eating 6 times a day 160-250 per meal that my tummy is smaller and now I just cannot eat as much as I was so I find myself not hungrey and I have up'ed the protein to around 75-100 g.

I am 2 wks into this strick program as the 1st few weeks on the site I just recored my usual meals, what a shock! It really helps to log your food and plan your meals. Contrats to losing 15!!!!

You body is adjusting to the changes and at time it slows down. I would give it some time before assuming you need to change or restrict in anyway.
