Question on the weight of foods and calories
Sorry if this seems like a stupid questions but..... If a package of frozen Fish for example says a 4oz serving is 230 calories, does one assume that is the fozen weight or the cooked weight. Prior to baking my fish is 2.8 or 3 oz, but after cooking it might several ounces less. So which is the calorie content that one…
