I agree, I'm having the time of my life right now and feel as good as I ever have, and I've been an active guy since the day I was born. I may not be as strong or fast as I once was but I'm in much better overall physical, emotional, and spiritual health now than at any other point in my life. LIFE IS GOOD !!!

I always try to do just a little bit more than the last time, I like to challenge myself each time I do a workout. Without that it can get boring and tedious and it's just too easy to quit if you're not actually striving to achieve something. Even setting a small target goal is good as it keeps me focused and motivated…
