I just started this yesterday and I'm doing it again tonight! How many of you follow Jillian's "no more than 5 seconds" break rule when doing this? I try, but sometimes it gets to be too much and it ends up being more like 10 seconds! I'm sure it'll get better as I progress, but for now, it's not happening!

Measure yourself and take pictures instead. I haven't lost weight in almost a month, but I've lost about an inch around my waist and hips during that same time period. I'm thinking about putting the scale away altogether!

I feel like I've just discovered why I've been bouncing up and down within the same three-pound range (214-216 lbs) and haven't lost any weight in the past three weeks. I agree with the previous poster...those pics look like they are of two different people! Your face has definitely gotten thinner and you look younger in your most recent pic. I also see a big difference in your arms/shoulders, as well as your tummy. Good job!
