My brother has the same issue. He drinks a lot of apple juice and eats pears. This seems to help him quite a bit, especially the pears. hope that helps!

I was over at a friend's house last night, and we hadn't seen each other in about 4 months. I've lost about 20 pounds since she last saw me, and when i walked in she just kept saying you've shrunk, you've shrunk! haha

I have a friend who knows about gluten and she said that completely detoxing from gluten wipes it from your body and you develop a high chance of forming an allergy to it, so when you want to eat a sandwich, your body freaks out because it doesn't accept the gluten anymore. It sounds like this is what has happened.

It sounds like you may be having some sort of reaction to the wheat. I have recently chosen to go gluten free due to a health concern, and even though it's only been a couple of weeks, I feel a lot better. If I were you, I'd stick to avoiding wheat for the time being until you can go get tested.

In addition to eating more overall, I suggest you eat more for breakfast. It's the important meal of the day because it fuels your body for the rest of the day. Try eating some eggs and yogurt. I"m 20 and in college too, so you can add me as a friend if you want (:

maybe sweat is rolling into your ear? i know sometimes when I'm really getting it on the elliptical I sweat alot, and I occasionally get earaches.

Obviously you've been working super hard to get where you are, so don't get too discouraged. I checked out your diary and I'm really impressed. You're really eating healthy and seem to be getting enough calories. I think shaking up your workout would be the best thing to try. Sometimes your body just needs a little break…
