I prefer the treadmill because it's not so hard on my joints and I can team it with some strength training. I also like to perhaps do a toning class and then a quick 10 mins even on the treadmill to burn up some calories. I have been told to have the incline on 2.0 so that it replicates road running more. I find it helpful…

That if I went to the gym, I could eat as much as I liked. Now that I track, I can really see that going to the gym might let me eat a bit more, but not as much as I was eating - no wonder I kept putting on weight!!

Depends what you like doing really. Fancy trying some boxing moves to music - then Body Combat could be a nice change - includes some Muay Thai moves.

At Weightwatchers you can definitely only use them on the day that you earn them. However I would say that you want a general deficit of calories v exercise over a week - but only my opinion

1200 calories in 6 meals a day or 3 meals a day is still 1200 calories so surely it doesn't matter and really depends whether you are a person who prefers smaller portions? zumba is great - really enjoyed it - found it was good for all ages and shapes. I found it was a good class to get started on and then I moved onto other fitness classes when I felt a bit more confident but I still enjoy the Zumba - so much fun.
