Congratulations! Great NSV ! It is amazing how something like that is something that we are so self conscience about and others just take it for granted. I hate it when anyone tries to pick me up. I was always the biggest of my friends -always on the bottom of pyramids or piggy backs.

I am in Lititz. Just moved here 2 years ago and I love the area. Originally from suburbs of DC - Olney, MD, so I am enjoying the slower pace and wide open spaces. I go into Lancaster and Manheim often and I love to go to "Roots". Would love to have friends that are close by and even try to meet up some time!

I have a fitbit and I love it as well, but I have heard many times that you should have a HRM so you can push your self harder as you get more fit. I looked into many things like the Bodybugg but I was put off by the monthly fee as well.

Wow - glad to know I am not the only one. I am always complaining as well and my husband joked that it was because I had lost weight. I didn't think much of it but it really does make sense. Now I am always in layers. Hopefully that will mean I won't be so hot and miserable this summer :)
