  • The price may depend on where you live. I'm in Ohio and take a Zumba class at the local rec center for about $3/class (I bought a multi-class pass). To pay class by class is $6.   • Eating what is left from my kids' plates (I have four daughters) and then snacking when I get home from work. There is apparently too much time between getting home and dinner because I could easily eat an entire meal worth of calories during that time.
