Life got in the way and I wasn't able to do the workout on Wed or Thurs, but I was back at it today. Workout #5 in the bag. I have to admit that having this forum is super helpful in keeping me motivated!! Without it I probably would have found a ton of excuses to not get back on the horse tonight. I'm really glad that…

Do you sew? Maybe you could make a cute bag? Or small pillow case? I do this with shirts that my kids out grow. That way they get to keep their favorite shirts and I get to make it useful. It would always be a great reminder for you if it's visually accessible most of the time. Plus you get some really cute stuff out of…

Number 2 is definitely my fav, but if you're looking for more choices have you looked at Mod Cloth? http://www.modcloth.com/ Since you said you're curvy you might want to look at Pinup Girl Clothing, too. http://www.pinupgirlclothing.com/

Day 4 done. My butt was so sore at work today. I had a mental debate on the way home from work (at 9:30 tonight) about whether or not I should do the workout. I had decided I was going to skip today, but when I walked in the door I wouldn't let myself sit down until I did the workout. I'm glad I did.

I'm in. I'll post details tomorrow. Yay!

Oops. I just checked and I have Ripped in 30. I was reading reviews and it's the same thing, but there are 4 levels of workouts. If it's ok with everyone, I'm going to use this DVD instead (I really don't want to have to go buy another DVD that is basically the same thing. )
-
Ok. I'm in. I've had the DVD for a long time. I started it and did pretty good for a while. Then I had to travel for job interviews and moving 8 hours away kind of put a wrench in the plans. I'm excited to have someone to keep me on track though. If I was doing it by myself I would probably give up a couple days in. lol.…

Just posting so the new thread is in "My Topics"

9/19: 178.6 9/26: 180.2 :grumble: Argh! That's really upsetting. I ate pretty well and exercised like crazy. Maybe it's just muscle weighing more than fat? Yeah, I'll just keep telling myself that's what it is... Great job on the losses this week everyone!

I would love to join if it's still possible! SW: 178.9 GW: 153 I'm excited!!! Accountability rocks!!
-
I had to have mine removed about 3 1/2 years ago. At first I thought it was my back. I would eat a few bites of food and my back would start to hurt and the pain would wrap around to my stomach. It didn't matter what kind of food I ate. In fact, one of the worst attacks I had was after I ate salad. I was crying and…

I would love to join, if it's still ok. My name is Jessica. I'm 30 years old (man I don't like saying that- lol) and my starting weight was 192. That is the highest non-pregnancy weight I've ever been in my life! Before I had any babies I was about 135. I'm not small framed and pretty muscular so I was ok with that. I…

I'm in. I need to be consistent about my exercise. I have a crazy busy schedule (full-time job, 2 kids who are 9 and 4, a husband, dog, art class twice a week, and the kids- and mine- karate classes about 4 days a week) so something to help relax while still exercising would be great!!!
-
And....done. 5lb weights. I think I may be on the verge of needing to get heavier weights though...
-
Ok. I managed to 10 real push-ups before I had to switch to girly push-ups. I managed to do 40 of those for a total of 50 push-ups. Waaaay better than I thought I would be able to do.
-
I'm in. Here's hoping and crossing my fingers that I can do 10. lol. Will report back later with the (very small, I'm sure) number. :)
-
278. Much better than I thought I would do. :)
