I have lost 78 pounds in 6 months with basically no exercise...not that it was a great idea but it just happened that way. I have just started some exercise to get the last 20 off and be healthier and more fit.

exactly this ~ fight for your son. bring it right to the board if you cannot resolve it through the school i have a 7th grader -- and did just that. put it out in the community and appealed the decision after the initial appeals board denied my appeal. fought until i won and charges were dropped. we as tax payers pay thier…

yes and i can guarantee i will gain it back if i go back to eating the way i use to -- just as anyone counting calories will gain it back once they stop counting and start eating crap again. that goes for any diet -- however you lose it.

Following the 17 day diet - u can google it for info (book available on amazon) Basically healthy eating - no added sugars, no processed foods, probiotic yogurt, chicken, turkey, fish, eggs, low sugar fruit And lots of veggies.

Thanks At this point I am just basically getting carbs from vegetables and fruit so it is really low. I don't eat any bread or pasta or anything. When I lose a bit more I will start slowly adding oatmeal or sweet potatoes back in. I will go thru the cycles again and stay on maintenance.

I have been doing now a mix of cycle 1 with some foods from c2 and c3. C1 keeps me in ketosis and after I get closer the 120s I will go thru the cycles again and maintain. Wishing u success!

not even sure of my numbers with carbs - just get them from vegetables and fruits mostly. but probably 20 - 30 net a day

I have had great results on 17 Day Diet -- i started Nov 1st and in just under 6 months i have lost 75 pounds. I use to eat chobani yogurt with the fruit but have recently stopped and now just buy the plain greek yogurt because of the carb and sugar in the fruit kind. i add strawberries to it or use it to make smoothies

this is so true -- i spent 18 years obese before i did something about it. dont let that happen to you. i am 43 and really feel better than i have since 1995 you can do this!
