plain greek yogurt, cottage cheese, and berries. sometimes i add a tablespoon of cream cheese too. if i dont want added carbs or calories i skip the fruit and just use ice and crystal light

i do 20-30 carbs all basically from berries yogurt and veggies and i lost it all quickly. I dont eat any breads or pasta or anything with added sugar and have never felt better. It's been almost 8 months now and i dont see myself going back. wishing u success!

i dont know how to do it. i keep pushing my goal lower also -- or just keep saying in my head i will stop after i lose another 20. i will still be in a good bmi range but my friends and family dont seem to think so.

A couple tablespoons of cream cheese mixed with a little plain greek yogurt and a sprinkle of sugar free jello mix - mix it all together and its a treat!

I have been Eating no grains and no processed foods for 7 months and have never in my life felt better. I have not read the book but was just reading about it on amazon. Looks interesting - maybe I will download it on my nook.

Congrats to you -- great that you did it now. We were close to the same weight (i started at 223) but i didnt do it when i was younger. I spent 18 years like that and now am 43 and have done it. You look amazing!!

i just use ground turkey and whatever veggies i have - any of the following usually - onion green pepper garlic spinach chopped cabbage riced cauliflower seasonings top them with salsa or a little hot sauce cook them at 400 for about 25 minutes

turkey meat loaf muffins (no breadcrumbs) they freeze well and u can pop them in the microwave anytime

I stopped logging a couple months ago -- i know that everything i eat is healthy and it just became a waste of my time. I never measured anything anyway and was never into counting calories.
