i am having great success with low carb, low fat, high protein. i have been doing it for 3 1/2 months and have not felt this good is a really long time. healthy eating and no processed foods or sugars and fast results.. feel free to look in my diary for food suggestions and best of luck to you whatever you decide : )

I am on low carb, low fat, high protein diet. I am sure it got me in ketosis. I have been doing it a little over 3 months with great success. I have not felt sick or had any problems. It has very fast results.

I never eat them back. I actually don't even record them - I know what I have done And consistentlpy lose weight so I don't bother.

I was 223 and currently 167 - I have some sagging skin on my stomach and my arms are really bad. I am fitting in a size 10 pants from a size 18 I imagine as I lose the next 30 pounds the skin will get worse. The stomach does t bother me as much as the arms tho.

I agree food gets repetitive but it is a little easier for me because I am home ll day and can cook and experiment with new recipies. I try to constantly try to add different vegetables and spices to try to change it up a bit.

No I dont use the work book but some say it is helpful. The program promotes healthy eating And recommended natural no processed foods. I eat about that also and I am by no means starving. I make healthy choices and eat lots of protein and vegetables. If my metabolism is slower the scale has not shown it.

Feed them some twinkies and cookies. They will get fat And spend all their time on MFP and have time to bother you.

my stomach skin is bad but i am not planning on wearing a bikini ever again so that i can live with and hide. my arms are what are really bothering me -- i see it getting worse every week and have no hope but to just live with it. hanging skin arms are better than the fat arms i have lived with for so many years.

just be careful if you are going to eat back your calories because MFP calories burned for exercise is really exaggerated. Good luck with your loss!

you would have had to eat over 24,000 more than you burned last week to have that much of an actual weight gain. its water and it will be gone as quick as it came. : ) hope your feeling better soon.
