I don't drink that much every day, but I think going cold turkey would result in the mother of all withdrawl headaches. Thanks for that tip. I really can't face drinking water for every drink. Do you think a cup of tea is a good idea?

Eat the bugs - good protein, low carbs! I have the same problem. Whitefly ate my cabbages and slugs destroyed everything else. Next year I'll try some of these tips.

Why? You can tell if you're dehydrated and need more water by looking at your pee! if its pale you're fine. Having said that - a tip from my friend is to drink a glass of water before everything you eat, whether its a full meal or just a snack. It helps fill you up and sometimes it's all you need to stave of the pangs.
