I need a beer.
I haven't had a beer in 3 weeks. (Is this connected to my losing weight?:wink: ) I am going out tonight for a couple of pints (not 8 or 9) and wondered if anyone could suggest a reasonably low-cal beer? Anything considered, but I'd prefer something with a bit of flavour (Bud Light is not an option).

Low Caffiene Drinks
I love coffee. I can drink 10 cups in a day and hardly notice. I love diet coke too....I can go through litres of it. I want to cut out the caffiene - it may have an effect on blood pressure (the main reason I'm losing weight) What do you suggest as alternatives to the above?

I started my diet today and I'm using MFP to help. I like the idea of using the forums and community to get support and to share ideas. The plan is to lose 30 lbs by Christmas by eating less and moving more. Any way, wish me luck!
