Low Caffiene Drinks

I love coffee. I can drink 10 cups in a day and hardly notice.

I love diet coke too....I can go through litres of it.

I want to cut out the caffiene - it may have an effect on blood pressure (the main reason I'm losing weight)

What do you suggest as alternatives to the above?

    ditto!

wholly molly that is a LOT of caffeine! Wanting to cut it down is a really smart idea! Whenever, I quit drinking caffeine I do it "cold turkey" but with your case, you may need to start by just cutting down some.

    Cheers for that, mate.

Anything to replace a lovely hot steaming cup of coffee?

I'm a diet coke and coffee lover as well. But they do sell decaf of both :)

I don't drink that much every day, but I think going cold turkey would result in the mother of all withdrawl headaches. Thanks for that tip.

I really can't face drinking water for every drink. Do you think a cup of tea is a good idea?

A good idea - but I don't like decaff. Decaff espresso is wrong.

It's difficult to get Caffeine Free Diet Coke here, but it might be worth the effort.

Thanks guys. I know I need to cut down and I know I'll need to drink a lot more water.

I'm sure I'll be fine if I get over being irritated at having to cut back one of my favourite things

Tea has caffeine, too. Not sure how much, depends on the tea, I believe. Try some herbal teas (no caffeine).

Also, some sodas don't have caffeine. Check the labels on root beer and Sprite/7UP.
