  • Hello all!! I did my day 1 this morning.. not to bad :) So today is (Friday): 10 sit ups 4 push ups 10 second plank Day 2 (Saturday) 15 sit ups 5 push ups 15 second plank TAKE SUNDAY OFF AND RESUME ON MONDAY!!
