  • For net calories I am under 1200 but consume between 1200-1400 per my nutritionist - I have increased my activity level alot and do not eat back my calories (nutritionist says only to eat back around 100 of the exercise calories or you defeat the purpose) and after 21 days I'm at 4lbs down.
  • My nutritionist told me at the most only eat back approx 100 cals of exercise otherwise you are defeating the purpose which is to get a deficit and loss weight.
  • I think I would see a nutritionist to have a program designed for you specifically - thats what I did when I became frustrated. She also uses this program to keep her on track and was glad to see I was doing so but was able to point out some areas that were causing me issues that have helped since I am now aware of them.…

Some days I'm not as successful but I find the more I drink water the less I need to eat as I don't feel so hungry. I only do flavored water so maybe that helps - crystal light packets are great. Towards the…

I also share my daily food diary with 2 people at work and we are adding 2 more people this month so we motivate each other. As time has gone by I find myself craving less of the bad foods then I used to. Also watching my body change has…
  • I count this towards my water intake because it is the ONLY (I blame the Army because of hydration formations where we were forced to drinkk canteens of water as fast as possible - yuck) way I will drink water however I ensure that I add the crystal light as a snack.
  • It actually is possible IF you are not consuming enough calories to keep your body going and thus the body begins to conserve the fat because it believes it is starving. This would depend on how much you are under and how often you do this.
