  • Yes, P90x works great, don't over do it though you can hurt yourself. I used it 3 years ago and lost 40lbs, hurt myself and gained it back. Now exercise, portion control, and counting calories i'm half way back to the 200lbs i want to be.

  • I bought the P90x 3 years ago and lost 40lbs in the 90 days like it said. However becareful and pay attention to your body. I ended up reinjuring a knee that stopped my work outs until this August. Now I use Ab-ripper X, exercise bike, exercise ball, and the total gym. Oh, and count my calories and portion control.
  • Push-ups, pull-ups, and you can fill a gallon milk jug with sand or water to do curls.
  • When you have reached your goal for the day, it will "ding" and show you the total amount of calories burned for that session.
  • I've given up soda, sweet ice tea, in fact any type of tea, and fast food. Plus I portion control more than ever.
