I find I interesting we ***** about the obesity problem in America and with our kids and when we have a gym teacher who is taking the initiative to make these kids work (check out what football, basketball and wrestlers in school have to do) we complain. We are a country of pansies. I just read this to my wife and she said…

Great job. You just show those that don't believe in Beachbody and P90x that it can be done and is done. Again Great Job.
-
I might be a man, but I agree with this.
-
Home, I get a great workout from P90x and Insanity. Plus I live in a neighborhood that if I choose I can run or bike without problems.
-
Follow the program. I noticed when I started Insanity I gained weight as well, however I figured out it was muscle mass I was building. I'm now on my 2nd go around 2nd week and the stamina I've gained is great. I've also noticed that I look thinner.
-
Beachbody's Insanity. 500 to 1000 calories in 40 to 60 minutes.
-
I saw this same question on a Beachbody Forum for P90x, and also saw a video response and the suggestion which I'm giving is rest, eat your calories and let your body recover. While your sick your body increases it's metabolism and burns calories for you. I to am down with a cold right in the middle of my 60 days of…

yes I would report this to the police.
-
I started Insanity after completing P90x, and what I've found is Insanity is cardio, and it is going to help build your stamina. P90x, build up my muscle, but Insanity has helped me lose some of the fat I still had around my mid-section. Just keep working and exercising you look great and I bet you even feel great.
-
Why not, look at people around you that are older than you, do they appear "hot' to you?
-
Don't always go by the scales, measure your self, are you losing inches? Remember some of the exercises your doing may very well be adding muscle and that will cause a weight gain. It is always better to add muscle weight than fat weight. Don't beat yourself up, if you feel good and look good then your doing good.
-
If I'm not mistaken, it actually is good to change up and be over your calorie count once in a while. So I wouldn't sweat it. Keep up the good work.
-
Insanity Fit Test.
-
Way to go!! Great job!!! Keep up the good work.
-
You may want to and need to increase you water intake. The more you exercise the more you sweat out, this gives less fluids for the body to absorb into the colon, hence making your bowel movements harder. Also look at the fiber you are in-taking, have you increased the fiber intake? Or decreased the fiber? Good luck.
-
Emma; welcome and good luck. You can add me if you want.
-
WOW!! Great job. Keep up the good work.

I'm not doing insanity, however as they say go at your own pace. I'm doing the P90x and I might graduate to insanity next year. Best advise is go at your own pace.
