I think you are taking in too many calories. The average woman should have 1200 per day in order to loose weight. Try lowering your caloric intake.

skinny cow makes a great ice cream sandwich! Also, weight watchers ice cream is really good. I have also gotten great sweet tooth results from "Goldfish smores". they are really good, and you get 52 pieces for only 140 calories.
