It'll happen. I reached my goal in less time than I thought I would (Just under 9 months. I thought it would have taken a year). The best part about losing the weigh is that you can enjoy the journey; weekly weight loss, compliments, and feeling better. It's not all about eating less and exercising more. Enjoy the journey.

MFP probably isn't the right place to ask about using pill to lose weight. Weight loss is a marathon not a sprint.

They both aren't accurate but MFP is closer due to calculating your weight. The adv. treadmill has no idea how much you weigh..

I had to step down slowly. First no smoking in the house; then not in the car; next during the day. The last and hardest for me to stop was smoking while drinking and that step was the longest. I don't miss them anymore now but it was tough. Good luck to you!

You lose weight easy at first. This is mostly due to losing water weight. When your body settles in the weight loss becomes a lot slower and were a lot of people stop due to frustration. This happens to everyone and you become happy w/the loss of a pound a week. Stop weighing yourself daily, this can get you discouraged.…
