I don't drink soda (regular or diet) and haven't in over 2 years now. One of the reasons I stopped drinking it was because I heard it would help lose weight. I can say, it has not effected my weight loss at all (in either direction). I didn't really gain weight drinking soda and I haven't lost any since I stopped drinking…

Oh and because I can't edit, your hair looks really cute!!!

Is NROLFW a DVD set or a book series? I'd love to do/read it. Great job!

WOW!!! YOU ROCK!!! I loved reading your story and seeing your photos, so inspirational! Makes me want to get C25K (I keep reading about it but I've never used it).

I think you look great at the weight you are at now. You look healthy and very happy. If you are concerned about not being in the 'healthy' BMI range your doctor recommends (weight wise), maybe talk to him/her when you see them again and ask if the weight you are at now is good?

I started using PACT in January. I only did the MFP food logging section of the application until about 3-4 weeks ago when I added 1 day for the first week and 2 days for the other weeks. I requested my first payout/redeemed my rewards on Tuesday, 4/29 (yesterday) and woke up to see that I received my funds already. Now…

Looking pretty good to me (also, one of my favorite films. :) I read instructions about not giving away lol).

Those are awesome! Mind if I ask where you got them? :) Great photos everybody!! I'll have to find one of mine and add to the collection soon.

I have been using PACT since January of this year. I only use it to log my food at the moment, I want to connect it to RunKeeper/MapMyFitness (whichever it uses) but since the last application update, I've had the hardest time syncing my PACTs. I've had to contact support a couple times because of the issue. I've found out…

Great job, that's a great mindset as well.

Hi Loopy!! I am Val, nice to meet you! I completely understand how you feel, I hate it when people try to give 'advice'. They don't realize that more than anything is all it does is bring me down even more than I already am. I am 5'0 and weight 200 lbs, so I look like a ball. I've been on this weightloss thing most of my…

The Harry Potter films (I own them all, just haven't watched them). I love the books, but for some reason the films make me fall asleep.

Super cute!

I am not using one, but I am seriously thinking of purchasing one because of the large display! My eyes aren't the best and it's getting harder and harder to read the output on my fb ultra. I would like to know how others like it as well, the only reviews I have really found on it are from 'professionals'.
-
I think it depends on what you (the person purchasing) wants. I have a FitBit Ultra (found it on Amazon). I like it because it's a clip, and the clip is stronger than others, I've worn it on roller coasters, etc with no issues of falling off. I chose the Ultra because of the display and the clip. I realized while doing my…

I have a pair of SketchAirs by Sketchers.

I don't think so, no. You may not be able to do all of the moves you want too do, but you can dance other moves/do other dances. :)

I'm in the states (Ohio) so here are my favorites: MLS: Columbus Crew Premier League: Sunderland AFC Indoor (Premier Developement): Cincinnati Kings

Thank you for your review. I have been thinking of trying Shakeology, but it's too expensive for me, so I've been looking around ebay for cheap sample packets, as I'd like to try all the flavors. So, your review has helped me in wanting to continue the search! I'll be on the look out for recipes as well depending on if I…

It depends on what jeans/pants I have on, etc.. Currently wear 16-20 in jeans (depending on brand/fit, etc) In tops, depending on the top, I wear either a large or 1x. I'd love to wear between a 12-14 at the moment. Once I reach that goal, if I still feel I need to lose more weight/aren't happy, I'll continue to lose…

I was planning on starting Tuesday (I know an odd day), but I guess I can start a day early =)

I hope I measured right on my waist (I have a scar that goes all the way across that part of my body from a surgery when I was 1). If so, my measurements are: Hips: 45" and Waist: 52", bringing my WHR to 0.87

I love Leslie Sansone's Walk At Home DVDs! There are so many of them available and you get cardio routines on most of the DVDs along with the walking segments.. they are fun and a work out.

Awesome! I would love to be a member, if there are still spots left! Sounds like fun. =)

Wow, great story and pictures!! Thanks so much for sharing, very inspiring!

Being comfortable in my own skin, would be perfect for me. Clothing wise, I'd like a nice dress/skirt (haven't worn one in over 15 years) as I can't find any I actually like in my size.. oh, and my favorite pair of jeans, that I only got to wear a couple times before I outgrew them. :(
-
Good for you! I stopped drinking soda (and I rarely eat cookies and chips) over a year ago and have yet to lose anything. :( Glad it works for so many folks though! :D

That's awesome. Way to go!

According to MFP my calorie intake daily should be 1390. I get between 1200-1500 a day (after exercise calories are taken into account).
