  • Hey. Feel free to add me if you'd like. I'm always up for new motivational friends, I found the more positive people in your life, the better/more likely I am to stick to it. Sometimes I have a terrible time remembering to log anything but I always try to stay within my calories and exercise goals. I have a very slow…
  • 2018 Goals: - 50 miles a month (hoping for more, as I'm gonna monthly, but want at least 50). Currently doing the 6 week challenge with Nick, well the first day was with Nick.. it looks like the rest of the week, I could do whatever I wanted, as long as it fell within (or more) than the above guide/schedule I also decided…
  • Thanks for these, I will try them. I'm curious though, do I HAVE to make S Health the steps counter? I have a fitbit that I use daily (and have for years). I have been pondering getting an S2 Watch (for a fit2 watch) but I like the fitbit too much at the moment. So, I ONLY want MFP items to transfer to S Health (mainly…
  • I have a Zip, Flex and just ordered the Charge 2. I wanted something that had an HRM on it for when I do something other than walking, which isn't much, but it does occasionally happen. I also wanted one that had an actual watch on it. I still use the zip sometimes because I've had terrible times with the flex (a…
  • Just got back into fitbit (ordered a CHARGE 2, should be here Monday). Hopefully I can keep at it daily this time. Please add: https://www.fitbit.com/user/253Q8X

  • Thank you so much for the replies everybody! I'm so happy to be here. I wish we could continuously edit our original posts, but alas, I can no longer do so... Monthly Goals: 100 miles / 10,000 steps (5 days) / 100oz water 10/1/2016: 5.22/100 : 10,724 steps : 104oz water
  • New to the group (joined a few weeks ago) first monthly challenge. Am I supposed to separate the mileages per day by DVD or added all together and just per day total? Monthly Goals: - 100 miles - Five days 10,000 steps - 100oz water (usually get daily, this reminder will help) - Find a job (hopefully)
  • Welcome! I also love Leslie (as well as Jessica and Jenny). I'd been hearing about her for many, many years (she's been in the biz for over 25 years and is in the fitness Hall of fame) and decided to actually look get up on YouTube (I'd also seen the tapes/DVDs at the shops) before purchasing and loved everything found. I…
  • I'm so excited for Country Heat that it's hard for me to contain that excitement. At the moment I mostly rebound using my JumpSport, do walking DVDs and use my Pilate's ring, kettlebell and resistance bands. I'm not very frequent with any of them though lol
  • Just got a vivofit 3 and love that it's waterproof and not just water resistant, also love the long battery life and that it connects to ANT+ HRM if I want to use one. Also that it's always on so I can use it as an actual clock.
  • Over the years, I've owned the following Fitbits: Classic (2009) Ultra (updated version of classic; 2011), 2 of them, a roller coaster broke one of them. Zip (3 of them, battery issues with all of them) Flex (2 of them, went 4 days without using as it didn't let me know the battery was low/dead). --- So with all the…
  • Welcome! I just received a vivofit 3 for my birthday (22 July), so I'm still getting used to it and don't know how to add people or anything.. best of luck. I mainly got this because of the battery life. (I also have a fitbit flex, and went 4 days without it tracking anything as it was dead without my knowing)
  • Hi ya'll. I'm a fellow shorty, coming in at 5' even. According to the scale I'm between 199-209 lbs (it changes, and I can weight twice in a row and get a different number between that scale. SW 225 (my heaviest weight ever). CW 205 (I'll save 205 since it's in the middle) GW 140 (I know it's still more than it should be…
  • Just received the base kit. Already thinking I should've got the deluxe version. Feel free to add me.
  • That gives me enough time to be able to afford it (I've wanted it since it as announced), well, hopefully anyway! LOL!!
  • You can try the company/site Woman Within. They may not have a huge selection but they have some... they even have a special going on at the moment if you spend $25 on their 'Full Beauty' fitness line you get a free gym bag.
  • 4th'd! I didn't recognize the name, but do the DVD covers. =))
  • I have a Fitbit Zip, Ultra and a FitKat (wrist worn tracker). The FitKat is from a startup company so it's not exactly how I'd like it.. yet, as far as counting steps goes. It started off 128 steps off from the Zip.. and that just kept increasing throughout the day. I like it though. It was 70$ (I received the tracker with…
  • I only wear shoes during home workouts if I'm in the basement because it's concrete. Like you, my house is carpeted and I'd rather not wear shoes on it.
  • 21 Day Fix/21 Day Fit Extreme
  • I have it for the plans and live tracking. I feel more secure knowing my friends can "follow me around" during night walks, etc (yes I walk, trying to learn to run lol).
  • I also have a Weight Gurus Scale. I didn't get the bluetooth version because I like the 'weightless' feature and wanted that. It's not available with the bluetooth version, so I have to use my phone to take photos/sync it with the application. I'm fine with that though as it saved me $40 (half) for all the features the…
  • Android: MFP FatSecret PACT APP Weight Gurus Fooducate MapMyFitness myTuner Radio (my go to radio application since I listen to a lot of music from UK) Runtastic (purchased when on sale for 10 cents) Uber (I don't drive) HERE Maps (love how easy it is to use, offline features..) FM RADIO (yes, I know, but when I don't have…
  • All of their food has 15 macronutrients in it. Lol. I'll see if I can find anything out about it from my direct sales friends (I don't know anybody that sells it, but they may know people that have tried/used it before with reviews).
  • I love it. I know that's kind of odd, but I do. It motivates me and makes me happy I can still do normal daily activities, and even though my family isn't one that talks about much or does much together, I'm very thankful none of them are negative like some of the relationships I've seen over the years. Some of the time…
  • I wear mine back and forth between my bra and my right pocket. I'm curious on which is more accurate though.
  • I haven't tried it yet, but I just signed up to become an ambassador. With that being said, I was chosen by a friend of mine (who sales it) for a free kit, so I am not out of pocket anything. I liked the idea behind the company, as far as a health company (they started as a breast health company, and sell self exam kits).…
  • Thanks for all the links ya'll. I also do LiveFit, LiveExercise and sometimes I'll just search for what I want to do (ie tae-bo).
  • Thanks for your opinions! So, basically, they are all the same other than design/layout, etc (for the most part)? I see a few RunDouble recommendations. Are all the other programs included (the full versions) or are they trial versions and if so, would it be worth it to purchase the full versions, or do the trial versions…
