I barely drink my 8 cups and have lost 1-2 pounds a week. I drink tea etc but defo not near 8 cups.

I'm not up for giving kids horribly sugary food. Also mostly only teenagers come to the door. I don't hate it, it is just yet another day for companies to exploit.

I used to have major major IBS. I then cut out dairy and it made it so much better. I only have out breaks when I eat something I shouldn't. Can you work out what is making it appear. I used to find taking peppermint tablets really helped. x

Tell that to my boyfriend who has a six pack and eats junk food often! You cannot spot reduce but I find walking, cycling and swimming help keep mine flatter. I have the pooch too (from before having my kid) but it is shrinking. I found that the 30 day shred has taken over an inch from it. How does it give you infections?

Fat food is expensive! You can make a meal for two on what a fast food meal costs. There are all sorts of ways of eating healthy for cheap but people are not willing to shop around as they just want convinience food.

Defo, I had a yummy one today. I always add a banana and either strawberries/blackberries or some pure fruit, no added sugar jam. Today I added peanut butter as well to boost my fat and cals intake.

I eat turkey to up mine and I have a protein shake after working out. I also eat almonds. x
