I was riding my bike one and the baby seat was on the back (empty). So this guy and a 2 girls are in a car that pass me. Could I have a bit more info? How much do you weigh etc? Also even if you are thin. That much not so nutritious food is not good for anyone. You should simply ignore their comments and do what YOU want. As long as there is no grain of truth in what that they, then it does not matter.

Depends on what you mean. I often used to go for a swim and then do a 30 day shred later but it was killing me. I often now do a dvd and I walk or cycle to work anyway. I only have 17 pounds to go to me my ideal weight and I pretty much guarantee I will stay at my ratio. In this whole weightless of 23 pounds i have only lost 2-3 inches on my hips but loads on my waist and bust.

I dunno what you class as a true hour glass I guess i could be classed as one but I rather it be called pear shape.. 28 waist 46 hip. My ratio always stays the same. I put on weight EXTREMELY quickly but I lose it weight quickly as well. I however have a small bust (about a 30-32 inches) .

I attend a fast paced water aerobics class every week. I am not sure of the difference as I swim and work out a lot but I know I burn about 250-300 cals so it has to be doing something. I also hurt after so it defo tones me up.

Exactly. I cut my sodium to 1500 and saw a massive difference, where as carbs do not seem to affect me that much at all. I do work out a lot though.

I manage to stay under every day. I barely ever reach 1500 (that is my limit) and I occasionally eat ready meals. I do however cook most of my own food. as it says, some of it is down to genetics. My mum has a tiny waist and so do i in ratio to my size. but my hips are crazy big. I am a 28-30 waist (depending on the day() but a 46 inch hip. As i get thinner the ratio stays the same.

Are you eating those cals back? If not, you should be. I eat about half of mine back most times. You have so little to lose that this should help you.
