Hello im new on here and I seem to be exercising alot but staying at the same weight. I earn extra calories on the exerciser but have no apetite to eat anything or a clue on what to eat thats good for me. so any help would be great! ( sorry about the spelling)

    hello I was told to eat a good breakfast then every 2 to 3 hours eat a hand full of something u like thats good for you like rasins, nuts whatever then a senceable supper. hope that helps
