So happy I lost a little! I'm not expecting miracles but am going to try to be consistent and not get discouraged. I went for a 3+ mile walk this afternoon and am going to Zumba tonight. I really appreciate this challenge being available to help us stay motivated!

I walked 21,964 steps between work, walking on lunch hour, and walking 2 miles after work. Am trying to keep busy so I don't think about snacking at night! Have a good weekend!

Just checking in.... I've been averaging between 12,000 and 22,800 steps per day in the month of September. Thank heavens for FitBit keeping track for me! Happy walking!

I usually have salad with some toppings and Walden Farms non-calorie dressings. Other days, I have Safeway's Eating Right meals (around 300 calories) or similar frozen lunches with a "treat" like no-sugar pudding!

I walk a lot at work (5 mile average) and try to walk 1 mile on my lunch hour. On my days off I try to walk around 3 miles on our city's trails with my hubby.

I just reduced mine back to 1280/day as I wasn't losing and know this was the key. I'm very active at work but I think the calories were to high despite the activity. Feel free to see my diary (I do have bad days once in a while :)) and add me as a friend! Melinda

I usually have 2 cups coffee each morning with: 2 servings of Coffee Mate Unsweetened French Vanilla and 2 drops of EZ-Sweetz liquid sweetener (we get on Amazon). I'll use other flavors but only if unsweetened and on sale. Enjoy!
