It would be nice to get to my first goal weight by Christmas. Hopefully after weigh in tomorrow, it will be 30lbs. This would definitely help me to stay focus and move closer to my goal!!!....So yes, I'm in!

I agree with canuckoo, I feel fuller longer when I increase my protein intake. Also fiber keeps you fuller longer.

You will just have to try not to over do it. There is so much food and if you are a drinker, lots of drinks. When I went I took the stairs instead of the elevators and I worked out and enjoyed the beautiful view.
