I felt slow, sluggish and weak for this workout, I was able to come close to most of my progress as far as weights but I just feel like this wasn't one of my better workouts.   • Ok so today I had Beast Cardio and Abs. Ya, the cardio was intense. I think that from the beginning until the end my heart rate was up which I did not expect. The sweat was pouring this morning for sure - great workout.

  • Day 3 was back and biceps. Legs are sore from the previous day. There was more for the back than biceps in this workout.

  • I have started a "recovery week" this week for P90X2. I want to make sure that I bring it strong the last phase coming up, and I want to make sure that I am resting my body enough after the first two phases. Can't wait tho to try the last phase especially the p.a.p.!

  • I started out with just 2 - 10lbs dumbbells and 2 - 15lbs dumbbells, my wife used the resistance bands, and some light dumbbells. Also the pull-up bar like you said and a yoga mat. After I completed my first 90 days I started thinking about additional weight and went for the bowflex select tech. Best of luck!
