Just starting the day 63 and I believe this is my favorite of the "X's"!! Being a half hour it gives plenty of time to throw in Body Beast or any other additional workout you want to add if your still fired up. I went the "Classic" route to get used to the program but I can see doing the "Mass" schedule next or something…

Ok, this is the first week of the last phase of BB and I am starting to get hungry, lol. There is an increase of protein but a decrease in carbs so I have to adjust to the change. I'm not giving in, I will stick it out and follow the plan. The workouts on the other hand are awesome. It's fun to go back to the workouts from…

Today was "back" day and I feel I crushed it! Also my legs and butt are really sore from the leg workout yesterday - wow!

Awesome Leg workout today, I really feel I pushed it today. My legs must be getting used to the pounding because this workout isn't as awful as it was in the beginning.

Back to Body Beast today and it was Chest. Really starting to enjoy the chest workout more and more everytime I do it. Really tried hard to push more weight today, as a result I feel my form suffered for it but it was with the last 2 - 3 reps on a few sets so I'm not to terribly worried.

Shoulders today before an off day tomorrow. This workout went pretty good, I am happy with the progress I made - going up in weights and being able to focus on form. Although my food diary is going to be low today because I am just not really hungry today, not sure why, oh well I'm sure I'll make up for it tomorrow LOL.

Whoa! Arms day once again and OMG I forgot how much my arms felt like they were going to explode with the progressive set hammer curls! Good pump today with this workout.

Kind of a normal Back day today. Nothing too exciting, increased in a few sets for weights but overall not much improvement from the last back workout. Hopefully I'll be charged up for tomorrow and hit it hard.

Thanks motivated :) The dreaded leg workout came up today and I vowed to go up on every weight and just push through no matter what, and to my surprise I was able to do every rep! Some I think I could have increased more but I'll do that next time. I believe its the mind set before starting that determines the workout…

The day after a rest day started with Bulk: Chest for the second time. I was able to up some of the weights from the first time and discovered that I could push more weight during the incline fly than the incline press. This is something I will be working on now that I know.

The last workout before a rest day and it was Shoulder, my shoulders are on fire! Very good workout I am glad to say. Body Beast has just been awesome so far, there is nothing I don't like about it. What an amazing workout today! Bulk: Arms was the workout and it felt great, my bicep felt as though it was going to explode! The progressive sets in this workout really gets your arms tired fast and makes the lightest weight feel heavy by the end.
