Well, I did really good today. Today I turned 42...and this is the first birthday in a long time when I had NO CHEESECAKE. In fact, I had no cake whatsoever!

But, I did not exercise. So, six of one, half dozen of the other. But I am proud that I didn't have any cake. :smile:
