The dreaded leg workout came up today and I vowed to go up on every weight and just push through no matter what, and to my surprise I was able to do every rep! Some I think I could have increased more but I'll do that next time. I believe its the mind set before starting that determines the workout performance, after today I see that is true for me.0 -
Kind of a normal Back day today. Nothing too exciting, increased in a few sets for weights but overall not much improvement from the last back workout. Hopefully I'll be charged up for tomorrow and hit it hard.0

Whoa! Arms day once again and OMG I forgot how much my arms felt like they were going to explode with the progressive set hammer curls! Good pump today with this workout.0

Shoulders today before an off day tomorrow. This workout went pretty good, I am happy with the progress I made - going up in weights and being able to focus on form. Although my food diary is going to be low today because I am just not really hungry today, not sure why, oh well I'm sure I'll make up for it tomorrow LOL.0

Back to Body Beast today and it was Chest. Really starting to enjoy the chest workout more and more everytime I do it. Really tried hard to push more weight today, as a result I feel my form suffered for it but it was with the last 2 - 3 reps on a few sets so I'm not to terribly worried.0

Awesome Leg workout today, I really feel I pushed it today. My legs must be getting used to the pounding because this workout isn't as awful as it was in the beginning.0

Today was "back" day and I feel I crushed it! Also my legs and butt are really sore from the leg workout yesterday - wow!0

Had bulk arms today and I just absolutely love this workout!! And it ALWAYS feels like my arms are going to explode.0

This is the end of the bulk phase, Monday I will start the last phase - "Beast". The purpose of the last phase is to get lean and ripped.

Ok, this is the first week of the last phase of BB and I am starting to get hungry, lol. There is an increase of protein but a decrease in carbs so I have to adjust to the change. I'm not giving in, I will stick it out and follow the plan.
The workouts on the other hand are awesome. It's fun to go back to the workouts from the beginning and do them again being able to track the changes in weight and stamina. I am already planning my next round of BB!0
