still enjoy my wine..usually weekends and a glass or two after a long day at work..but always log and try to keep in my allowed calories..when I go over board it does effect weight loss so try to limit the amount..but life is for living :drinker:

started today also..loved it but can tell I will be sore tomorrow...was a great sweat made me wonder why I did 30 min of cardio first..add me as a friend if you want , have a feeling I may need some motivation if really sore.:smile:

I am not a professional but when I started to gain or plateau I increased my calories and I started losing..body thinks you are starving it if you are not eating enough for your workouts.
