trying tomorrow for dinner made a large pot of pasta sauce and for me will replace the pasta with the squash ..will let you know..tried it a couple years ago son and i were not sold on it but i am going to try again

your body gets use to whatever you do...cardio alone is not enough weights also should be done, but whatever you do you must change it up every 4 to 6 weeks to keep the body guessing...High intervals are a great way to go...burn more calories after workout than steady cardio even though their is a place for both

about a week before gain around 5 lbs but gone within a couple days of starting...much better than when i was younger
