I have Jillian Micheals 30 Day Shred . Its a great workout , plus has different levels (beginner, advanced ect.) to follow. I only did half the workout each time, but I lost 10 pounds doing it, so I think it would be great to really follow

Yes, I agree. Many Women probably have this goal ! I also have a pair of pants (size 8) that Id love to ft in again! But thats a ways away

Thanks Everyone! Those are some great tips! Ill have to try that Skinny Cow Ice Cream! I also find sometimes a smoothie works to! My smoothies are just: Fruit - fresh or frozen Milk Small amount of yogurt and they taste unbelievingly good!

I agree ! I can't stand when people comment on what your buying, or especially when your bigger, and your buying all the healthy foods like fruits and veggies and such, and you get that look of "You know what a fruit is?" Its so rude! Congrats to you guys for getting off that weight, and good luck with your goals!
