It does, and it makes me think.. Becuase it really wasn't hard changing my habits the last few weeks, It was actually really easy, and overal I feel about 100x better already but just eating healthy food I never feel sluggish!

This post is kinda rediculas in my opinion. 100 calories - 200 calories is all you need to ad? even if you eat just a granola bar its 100 cals. ITS NOT HARD. This post makes it seem like you think you need to eat another full meal or something, when all you need is one light snack.

I do this too :) I eat off a smaller plate. We have 3 sizes of plates - small dessert, a little bigger, and large dinner plates. I always eat off the middle one or small one. I find the bigger the plate, the more i take and eat. I rarely take seconds so i finish a middle plate and thats it, which is like half the food of a…

Id say its not worth it. its a lot of calories for just a muffin.. and the sodium is so high! and the 101g of carbs? 58g of sugar? Find something more filling and more nutritous to start your day. maybe eat HALF a muffin as a snack later but not the whole thing.

Pace Yourself! If you dont youll tire quick and go slower near the end! a great pace will keep you going. Just try your best. Personal I think 56 min is still amazing! Good Luck!

Carbs - all the carbs in my lunch (other than the breads) are healthy carbs, so they dont bother me. Bread - I only eat 2-3 times a week, and normally its not white. PB - I eat rarely, and when I do its never a lot. So im happy with my lunch. Just thought id share how I got full and satisfied .
