Im eating breakfast.

I logged it in my diary - thinking it would be a bad result, but its actually good in my opinion!

But I feel I should have something else to..


any suggestions as to what ?

Just to get my fueled and my metabolism started.

    What did you have for breakfast? Are you still hungry? If yes, then add a piece of fruit, an egg, yogurt or something else in. If not, then save the calories for a mid-morning snack when your body gets hungry again.
  • More whole grains.

    Well, what have you eaten already? I say go for some veggies if you're still hungry. If you're not hungry, they won't sound appealing.

    Carbs: 22
    Fat: 15
    Protien: 17
    Sat. Fat: 8

    Looks like you got protein, veggies, and some calcium... If you add fruit and a grain you'd be good. If you aren't very hungry now, maybe you could wait a bit and have a snack that is fruit, grain, and maybe some cheese or other dairy?
