bio oil its expensive, but it works best I find. Although, im not using it until im totally done my journey, as I have a lot. but they do shrink, and normally turn almost the same tone as your skin after losing the weight.

I agree with Mumster. On the weekend, or a day off or some extra time, try planning your weeks meals. Easy meals you can prep and put in the fridge or frezer in your portion sizes so they are grab and go or easy to thaw and eat. Saves lots of times, and great way to make sure your eating right.

Don't let it get you down. Go to the grocery store, and find a 20 pound bag of potatos or something, and a 10 pound bag. Carry both bags for one lap around the store. they get heavy after a while ! I eat 1200 as a goal, because I have a hard time eating more than that, so I know if I reach that Im eating enough and not badly undereating. I have over 140 pounds to lose, so Im sure that 2-3 pounds a week is not a bad goal to lose for me right now.
